Why Kundalini Activation doesn’t work for everyone.

A man smiling and happy is lying on the floor and a smiling happy woman is holding her hand above him looks like sending energy to him.

Do we all have Kundalini energy?
Yes.

Does Kundalini Activation work for everyone?
No.

And this is what many people wonder about. So here are three points to make it a little easier to understand.

First - the simple one.
Possessing something doesn’t automatically mean you know how to use it.

You can own the fastest car in the world — a Ferrari — but if you don’t know how to drive it, it’s like owning a hairbrush when you’re bald. Cute, but pointless. That doesn’t make the Ferrari bad. It doesn’t make it less valuable. And it certainly doesn’t invalidate its purpose.

Yet I hear this all the time: “Kundalini is crap. It doesn’t work.”

Nonsense.

It simply means you haven’t learned how to drive your Ferrari yet. And until you do, you can’t really judge the experience - let alone rate it from one to five.

Second — the funny one.
Kundalini energy doesn’t make you a god.
It doesn’t turn sinners into saints.
You won’t grow angel wings.
And training won’t magically fix your life for you.

You change your life.

By allowing the energy to guide you.
By listening to its whispers - especially when your mind doubts them.

Because those moments decide who’s in charge: your Kundalini — the divine feminine — or your logical, masculine mind. What you train gets stronger. That’s not spirituality, that’s physics.

Kundalini does change your life - and, through you, the lives of those around you. But to let that happen, you have to believe in the most uncomfortable thing of all:

Yourself.

Third — the complex one.
For energy to rise, your system needs to be ready, to feel safe, and to have a clean source nearby.

A facilitator doesn’t just “do a session.” They transmit their own field - what they’ve lived, embodied, integrated. And that is a lot. You receive what’s visible, and what lives between the lines. That’s why choosing a facilitator or training that is truly yours matters.

But even that isn’t everything.

If you’re not ready, it won’t stick.
You won’t feel it.
You won’t connect.
You won’t activate.

And that doesn’t make you broken, weird, or “less spiritual.”

It means one simple truth: not now.

Don’t push it. Nothing good comes from force. Trusting the unseen is hard - but this energy works through feeling, not control. When the body feels safe, things unfold. When it doesn’t, nothing moves.

Your nervous system’s only job is safety. Always. No matter what.

Run from a lion. Hide in a cave. Let your heart rate come down. Then do something else.

We carry these same patterns today.

So imagine this: you’re lying in a Kundalini Activation session - of course with “no expectations” (while secretly expecting miracles). But if your body doesn’t feel safe, nothing will happen. No activation. Instead, you might feel anxiety, anger, frustration. That’s the body protecting itself.

This is where facilitation matters more than people realise. Knowledge of the nervous system, of soma, of safety - it can make or break the experience.

That said: don’t rush into blaming facilitators either. Remember the first point.

Kundalini Activation is sacred. It turned my life upside down. It changed my essence. It gave me everything - and yes, it killed a lot along the way too.

It arrives when it needs to.
Without force.
Without push.
Without your mind telling it what to do.

And still - it’s not for everyone.

If you’re on this path, I see you.
I feel you.

You have the freedom to unfold.

There is more to life than increasing its speed.
