Your Responsibilities:
FIRE AT THE SPACE - please immediately evacuate all your guests, ensuring to check entire space including the toilets. Cross the street and call 999, stating “FIRE at 4 HOY STREET.” If it’s safe, use the fire extinguishers to tackle the fire, taking care of yourself first of all
Turn off all lighting and electrical equipment when leaving the space
Do not move fire extinguishers and/or plants
Do not cover the fire alarm
Do not obstruct the front door emergency exit
You Understand and Agree to Space Rules :
Please use the space during the booking times ONLY. Any extra time will be charged at our regular rate and may affect your future bookings
No shoes in the main space, both downstairs and upstairs. Leave all shoes downstairs on a green mat
Please use the space only for the purpose stated on the form and agreed upon with us
Please separate your waste by using recycling and general waste bins provided
Mats are anti-microbial and anti-bacterial and yet they like cleaning. Clean only using a clean cloth and cold water and let mats dry before rolling them up. Mats are rolled with cork side up
No alcohol or drugs are allowed in our space. If used the penalty will be charged and no future bookings will be accepted
You can use electric candles, incense etc. Must be blown out at the end of your session. No candles, incense or smudge sticks should be left unattended, dispose any leftovers of incense sticks
Please put mats, blocks, bolsters or any other equipment back on the shelf at the end of the event. If crockery is used, place it in the dishwasher and start the cycle. Any extra time for returning the space to original state will be invoiced as per cleaner’s hourly rate
Do not move the plants, furniture, wall art or remove anything from the premises
Do not pin or nail anything into any of the walls
We are un-staffed. You are responsible for leaving the space in a same state you found it. Please let us know immediately if upon arrival something doesn’t look right.
Food and drinks:
If you are hiring our mezzanine Industrial vibe room and you use plates, bowls, cutlery then please leave them in the dishwasher upstairs.
If you are hiring a downstairs yogic vibe space and are using plates, glasses, cutlery please bring it upstairs and leave in the dishwasher.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask for full upfront payment to book your space. Cancellations with full refund are allowed one month prior to the event. At this point the booking becomes non-refundable and non-changeable.
Damage Policy:
At Luv Yourself Space, we strive to maintain a beautiful and welcoming environment for all our guests. To help us achieve this, we ask that you adhere to the following damage policy:
Respect the Space: Please treat the studio and all equipment with care. Avoid causing any damage to the walls, doors, floors, windows, mirrors, mats, and other furnishings.
Report Any Issues: If you notice any damage or malfunctioning equipment, please inform a staff member immediately.
Liability for Missing Equipment/Items: In the event of missing any equipment, furniture, items from space you are held responsible for replacement costs. We will provide an assessment and invoice for any necessary replacements.
Liability for Damages: In the event of damage caused by misuse or negligence, you are held responsible for repair or replacement costs. We will provide an assessment and invoice for any necessary repairs. That is applied to all property and all items, including plants.
Use of Equipment: Ensure all equipment is used for its intended purpose. Misuse of equipment can lead to damage and potential injury.
Cleanliness: Keep the space clean and tidy. Dispose rubbish properly, using recycling bins and return any equipment to its designated place after use.
Food and Drink: Please avoid bringing food and drinks (other than water) into the main space to prevent spills and stains. If stains require a professional removal an invoice will be provided to cover the costs.
Personal Belongings: Take care of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the studio.
By following these guidelines, we can ensure that Luv Yourself Space remains a serene and welcoming place for everyone.
Safety and Loss of Personal Items:
Your safety is your priority and your personal items belong to you. Protect them by locking the doors during your events. We are not responsible for any lost property during events or any items left behind.

Classes and Special Events Terms & Conditions
Refund Policy
We understand that you may press that wrong button and we are happy to offer full refund for any package or service you have purchased within 24 hours. Please contact us at hello@natalialuvyourself.com with details about purchase so we can assist with cancellation. This does not apply to roll on services. Please contact us at least 3 working days before the renewal date to cancel.
After 24 hours no refunds are given. Memberships cannot be passed to friends or family, unless there is a medical reason which can be explained with doctor's letter.
Time is our most precious asset
Please arrive promptly to have time to prepare your mat, change, freshen up and do your thing before the classes. Late arrivals may not be given an access if that will cause a disturbance to rest of the participants. We understand that life gets busy at times and will do our best to offer you a space and would luv you being punctual in return.
Cancellation Policy (applies to regular classes, special events and workshops will have their own cancellation policy)
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works to best accommodate you:
Cancel early (up to 5 hours before class)
You can cancel your class bookings up to 5 hours before the start of the class through our online booking system. If you experience any technical issues, please let us know via email. When you cancel early, your class will be credited back to your account for future use. Please note that we do not offer refunds for class passes.
Cancel last minute (within 5 hours of class)
If you need to cancel within 5 hours of the class start time, we won’t be able to credit your pass or offer a refund. Additionally, a late cancellation fee of £3 will apply to all late cancellations and no-shows.
What if Luv Yourself space has to cancel the class
In the event that we need to cancel a class on our end (we will always try our best not to), we will credit the class back to your account.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your flexibility helps us maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What we offer
You can find equipment for your practices in the space, our blocks and mats are anti-bacterial and anti-microbial. And we welcome you to bring your your equipment if that is your choice.
Special Assistance
We are accessible in the ground floor Yogic space only. Any classes in the 1st floor Industrial Vibe space are not accessible, as our facilities do nor permit that.
If you require any special assistance in order to participate in our events please contact us prior to the event, to make sure we can offer the best experience.
Conditions for Get a Taste Set
Welcome! We're excited to offer you full access to our regular class schedule with our Intro Offer. Please note that this offer does not include Sound Baths, Courses, or Workshops. Your Intro Get a Taste Set offer is valid for 30 days from a purchase date.
Workshop and Special Events Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible:
Refund Policy: You can receive a full refund for workshop cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date.
Cancellations within 7 Days: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the special events or workshop, refunds or transfers are not available unless:
The workshop is fully booked and we can fill your spot from the waiting list, or
You are sick, injured, or pregnant and can provide a doctor’s note. In these cases, we will refund your fee minus a 20% admin fee.
By booking a course or workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If We Cancel: Should we need to cancel a course or workshop, you'll have the option of a refund via the original payment method or transferring to another event at Luv Yourself space.
To get the most out of your course or workshop, we recommend attending all scheduled sessions. Unfortunately, we cannot provide partial refunds or transfer credits for missed sessions.
Direct Debit Cancellations
Our monthly rolling Auto-Renew Eight Classes or Unlimited Classes Sets can be cancelled at any time. If you wish to terminate, please email us at hello@natalialuvyourself.com at least 3 working days before your next payment is due. Please note that we cannot offer partial refunds once a payment has been processed.
Health and Safety Acknowledgement
Your health and safety are our top priorities. By participating in our exercise programs, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Awareness: I am fully aware of my own health and physical condition, and I understand that participating in any exercise program may involve risks of injury or illness.
Voluntary Participation: I voluntarily choose to participate in the exercise program and engage in the physical activities I am comfortable with.
Assumption of Risk: I accept and assume all risks associated with my participation in the exercise program.
Release of Liability: In consideration of Luv Yourself Ltd (trading as Luv Yourself Space) allowing me to participate, I hereby release and forever discharge Luv Yourself Ltd and its representatives, agents, staff, and successors from any and all liability, claims, rights, demands, and set-offs related to my participation in the exercise program, including any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur.
