Frequently asked questions

  • Each retreat is thoughtfully curated to guide you into rest, clarity, and reconnection. Depending on the retreat, the day may include breathwork, life-force activation, gentle movement, sound, reflection, and shared meals.

    There’s a balance of guided practices and spacious pauses, allowing your system to settle and integrate naturally

  • Luv Yourself Space is located at:

    Unit 11, Caxton Works,
    Hoy Street, Canning Town,
    London E16 1ZA.

    It’s a short minute walk from Canning Town station (Jubilee line & DLR), with Royal Victoria station (DLR), and Custom House station (DLR & Elizabeth Line) also nearby.

  • No experience is needed. All retreats are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether this is your first time or you’ve worked with these practices before, you’ll be guided gently and supported throughout.

  • You don’t need to bring any special equipment. Mats, blankets, cushions, meals, water, and other essentials are provided.

    We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a journal if you enjoy writing. Everything else is taken care of.

  • All bookings are managed through Momence, where you’ll find the most up-to-date retreat dates and details. Cancellation and transfer terms are listed clearly on each event page, so we recommend reviewing them before booking. If you have questions, you’re always welcome to reach out.
