The Balance Retreat is a series of one-day retreats created to help you stay connected to yourself throughout the year - to reset, release, and find calm no matter what life brings.
Our first gathering begins in winter, under the first new moon of the year. A time to rest, reflect, and begin again.

Held in a cozy London studio designed for comfort and relaxation, this one-day experience blends:

About Us
Two friends creating space for calm, clarity, and connection.
The Balance Retreat grew from our shared wish to offer something honest - a place where people could slow down, recharge, and simply feel taken care of.
George
George is a movement and energy facilitator with a background in dance and yoga. His approach is grounded, mindful, and welcoming - guiding people to reconnect with their bodies and inner rhythm. Known for his calm presence and care, George’s sessions blend mindful movement, grounding breath, and gentle energy work that meets everyone where they are.
Natalia
Natalia is a somatic, sound and breath facilitator, and the founder of Luv Yourself Space and Prism method of energy work. Her sessions are known for their warmth, music, and emotional openness. She combines strength and softness to help people release tension, restore balance, and find confidence in their own energy.
Together, we bring authentic friendship, warmth, and a balance of energy and calm into every retreat we hold.
