George
George’s first passion in life was movement. He pursued this by competing and became a three-time Latvian solo dance champion before going on to study Dance at university in London. Although he excelled in the field, he eventually chose not to pursue it as a career and moved into event sales. However, something still felt missing.
In 2014, while travelling, George was introduced to Vipassana meditation and embarked on an 11-day silent retreat. Through daily meditation and yoga, he realised that his true calling was helping others. This led him to complete a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training in September 2018, with the aim of supporting people in strengthening both mind and body.
George is passionate about the mind-body connection in yoga, as it has helped him enjoy life more fully. His classes strike the perfect balance of cheekiness and fun, delivered with confidence, excellent tempo, and rhythm. If you’re in need of positive energy and light-hearted fun, his classes are the place to be.
Alongside yoga, George is also a Kundalini Activation & Non-Duality IDA Facilitator, deepening his work with energy and transformation.
Favourite class and why: Grounding practices, especially those inspired by the water element, as his energy is naturally airy and fiery.
Teaching style in three words: Caring, Positive, Upbeat.
Further qualifications: BA Dance Studies, Kundalini Activation & Non-Duality IDA Facilitator.

Aysha
Like many people, I first came to yoga looking for a way to slow down and find a bit of calm in the busyness of everyday life. What started as an hour of peace during the busy week soon turned into something much more. It became a grounding practice that helped me reconnect with myself, uplift my mood and establish a sense of zen.
I have 300 hours of yoga teacher training, with certifications in both Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga, earned in London and India. My teaching style is rooted in the belief that yoga is a physical practice with powerful mental benefits, a moving meditation that helps reset the nervous system and realign perspective. Whether it’s flowing through sun salutations or sitting with breath, I believe that a little time on the mat has the magical ability to make everything feel just a bit more manageable.
Expect my classes to be grounded yet lighthearted, energising yet calming, and always focused on helping you feel a little more like yourself by the end, or even a version filled with even more contentment, happiness and gratitude.

Ellie
Ellie is our cover teacher.
Ellie is a certified yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner based in London. Her offerings blend movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate mental clarity, stillness and space. After years of meditating, she discovered Yoga in 2021 while searching for a practice that would help heal her relationship with her body after experiencing depression and severe anxiety. Yoga became more than just self soothing — it became a tool for self-inquiry and a source of profound community. Now, she offers others the chance to discover the same.
She is passionate about living without judgement and letting go of external expectations so that no practice
will look or feel the same. Using music and thoughtfully curated playlists to align with the energetics of the class and help students drop into their experience.
El’s sessions gently guide you through the process of slowing down and softening, just as you are. She encourages students to breathe and move with awareness, cultivating a sense of compassion that applies off the mat as well. Rather than tuning out, she offers a chance to tune in and reconnect. Leave feeling nourished, calmer and more regulated than when you arrived.
